It was changed in 1970-ties, whith the huge new housing and residential development in Petržalka. Complex urban design project, which won the international competition for the locality, was realized only partly – in housing structures. Other proposed functions and structures, together with the missing complex&lt;span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;traffic solution were not completed. Thus the residential zone for 120 thousands new residents remained curtailed and not full valued, exploited mostly as the „sleeping“ zone, without adequate amenities, working opportunities, connections. The right sided central public space remained not completed. Later, the by-pas of the E75 highway from Prague and Brno to Vienna, Budapest or Žilina, was situated in Petržalka, just in the connection of residential zone on one side and recreational waterfront zone on the other side. The road with 8 stripes for vehicles was constructed on the ground and thus created an enormous physical barrier to the possible recreational and amenities area near the Danube river. Zmena nastala v&amp;nbsp;70-tich rokoch minulého storočia, kedy sa preniesol rozvoj obytných zón Bratislavy do Petržalky. Komplexný urbanistický návrh, ktorý vyšiel z&amp;nbsp;medzinárodnej súťaže však realizoval len jeho bytovú časť bez dobudovania ostatných funkcii, ktoré spolu s&amp;nbsp;riešením dopravy mali zabezpečiť plnohodnotné – komplexné obytné –životné prostredie Petržalky s&amp;nbsp;polyfunkčným celomestským pravobrežným centrom. Pravobrežné celomestské centrum tak ostalo ako nedoriešená časť , s&amp;nbsp;mnohými urbanistickými problémami a&amp;nbsp;zároveň s&amp;nbsp;novými súčasnými nárokmi na toto územie ako výzva&lt;span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;pre&lt;span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;naplnenie jeho funkcie a&amp;nbsp;obrazu v&amp;nbsp;štruktúre mesta. Core issue of the project activities is related with the creation and consolidation of the international on-line and off-line campus in the european housing studies. Innovative training programme integrates the international, multicultural and interdiscplinary values based on the long distance cooperation of partners institutions, involved associative partners, academics as well as non-academic environment, so as one of the ambitions of the project is the involvement of experts from the practice, municipalities, elected members and citizens. Project deals with the actual issues of nowadays housing and is looking for the innovative solutions in the architectural and urban design housing concepts which corresponds with the social, economic and technological challenges of the contemporary european society. It generates the possibilities for the powered collaboration between universities, with the participation of municipalities and social institutions in partner countries in the complex housing solutions. It creates virtual studio design environment, which enables students works and collaboration at long distance. The ambitions is the wide disscussions and documentations of young generation on the contemporary housing issues. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0pt; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0pt; text-align: justify;"&gt;Within the project activities Faculty of Architecture Slovak University of Technology Bratislava organized in October 2009 third Oikodomos international workshop. The main topic for the semester studio designs and seminar works was the design of „Effective housing“. The initiative bring forth from the collective of FA STU professors (Viera Joklová, Andrea Bacová, Marián Maľovaný, Zuzana Tóthová, Ľubica Vítková, Henrich Pifko) with the close cooperation with the Bratislava- Dúbravka municipality (Ján Sandtner – Mayor, Zuzana Aufrichtova). Faculty&lt;span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;was looking for the design locality for the international cooperation and Dubravka municipality in that time prepared the elaboration of the urban study of the Big Camp zone. They were accepted with the interest of academics, as well as non-academics – Dubravka citizens, elected members. They offer a&amp;nbsp;lot of inspirations for the executor of the official urban study, architect Krampl. Student works verified the possibilities of the various forms of development of the site, they were full of youthfull inventions and ideals. They offer the optimal input for the elaboration of the urban documentation of such type and size. text-align: justify;"&gt;Fakulta architektúry STU v&amp;nbsp;Bratislave je od roku 2007 partnerom v&amp;nbsp;medzinárodnom vzdelávacom projekte Oikodomos, ktorý sa zaoberá problematikou vytvorenia a&amp;nbsp;konsolidácie medzinárodného vzdelávacieho kampusu v&amp;nbsp;oblasti architektúry bývania. Vzdelávanie integruje medzinárodný, multikultúrny a&amp;nbsp;interdisciplinárny pohľad na problematiku, nakoľko spája európske vzdelávacie inštitúcie v&amp;nbsp;architektúre, urbanizme a&amp;nbsp;priestorovom plánovaní, snaží sa zapájať do vzdelávacích aktivít aj odborníkov z&amp;nbsp;praxe, mestské samosprávy a&amp;nbsp;občanov. Partnermi projektu sú univerzity a&amp;nbsp;výskumné centrá z&amp;nbsp;Belgicka, Francúzska Slovenska, Španielska, Švajčiarska, Veľkej Británie a Tureckej časti Cypru. &lt;span lang="EN-US" style="mso-ansi-language: EN-US;"&gt;Projekt Oikodomos sa zaoberá aktuálnymi problémami bývania a&amp;nbsp;hľadaním inovatívnych riešení, ktoré korešpondujú so sociálnymi, ekonomickými&lt;span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;a&amp;nbsp;technologickými výzvami súčasnej európskej spoločnosti. V&amp;nbsp;neposlednom rade vytvára možnosti pre aktívnu spoluprácu univerzít s&amp;nbsp;mestskými zastupiteľstvami a&amp;nbsp;spoločenskými organizáciami v&amp;nbsp;partnerských krajinách pri riešení komplexných problémov bývania. Snaží sa vytvoriť virtuálny ateliér, v ktorom sa študenti budú na diaľku spájať a spoločne tvoriť. Cieľom projektu je zdokumentovať názor mladej generácie, ako má vyzerať bývanie súčasnej Európy, čo je mimoriadne široký a aktuálny záber.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0pt; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0pt; text-align: justify;"&gt;V&amp;nbsp;rámci projektových aktivít Fakulta architektúry v&amp;nbsp;októbri 2009 organizovala workshop v&amp;nbsp;Bratislave a&amp;nbsp;súvisiace vzdelávacie aktivity. Nosnou témou pre ateliérové zadania a&amp;nbsp;semináre medzinárodných tímov bolo „Efektívne bývanie“. Iniciatíva témy a&amp;nbsp;spolupráce s&amp;nbsp;MČ Bratislava Dúbravka vyšla z&amp;nbsp;FA STU (kolektív: Ing.arch.Viera Joklová,PhD., doc.Ing.arch. Marián Maľovaný, PhD., doc.Ing.arch.Andrea Bacová, PhD., Ing.arch.Zuzana Tóthová, PhD., doc.Ing.arch.Ľubica Vítková, PhD., Ing.arch.Henrich Pifko, PhD.), ktorá ako partner projektu Oikodomos hľadala lokalitu pre medzinárodný urbanisticko-architektonický ateliér s&amp;nbsp;témou návrhu efektívneho bývania, pričom dôležitým parametrom bola aktuálnosť a&amp;nbsp;previazanosť s&amp;nbsp;praxou. Keďže Mestská časť Bratislava Dúbravka v&amp;nbsp;tom čase pripravovala zadanie pre urbanistickú štúdiu zóny Veľkej lúky, bolo aj v&amp;nbsp;jej záujme spolupracovať s&amp;nbsp;Fakultou architektúry. Vzájomné rokovania začali v&amp;nbsp;máji 2009, v&amp;nbsp;októbri 2009 FA STU organizovala a&amp;nbsp;hosťovala medzinárodný workshop projektu Oikodomos so zadaním Veľkej lúky. Jeho cieľom bolo formulovať efektívny rozvoj bývania, ktorý rešpektuje prírodné a&amp;nbsp;kultúrne špecifiká lokality, možnosti dopravného napojenia s&amp;nbsp;mestom, rešpektuje parametre nízkoenergetického a&amp;nbsp;k&amp;nbsp;životnému prostrediu priateľského dizajnu, rešpektuje rôzne životné cykly a&amp;nbsp;situácie v&amp;nbsp;adaptabilnom dizajne bývania, pri uplatnení požadovaných hustôt zástavby a&amp;nbsp;vytvárania multifunkčných priestorov. Práca na zadaní pokračovala aj po skončení workshopu v&amp;nbsp;závislosti od konkrétnych špecializácií partnerov, komunikácia a&amp;nbsp;odovzdávanie skúseností prebiehali diaľkovou formou, s&amp;nbsp;podporou nástrojov informačno-komunikačných technológií s&amp;nbsp;cieľom vytvorenia medzinárodnej a&amp;nbsp;multidisciplinárnej platformy pre generalizovaný model efektívneho bývania. Výsledky sú prezentované na stránke vytvorenej špeciálne pre medzinárodnú tvorivú spoluprácu: &lt;span lang="EN-US" style="mso-ansi-language: EN-US;"&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.oikodomos.org/workspaces"&gt;&lt;span style="color: purple;"&gt;http://www.oikodomos.org/workspaces&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0pt; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0pt; text-align: justify;"&gt;V&amp;nbsp;marci a&amp;nbsp;apríli 2010 sa uskutočnili dve vernisáže vybraných urbanistických študentských projektov, ktoré sa stretli so záujmom profesorov a&amp;nbsp;študentov, ako aj dúbravskej verejnosti a boli inšpiráciou pre spracovateľa urbanistickej štúdie, Ing. arch. Dušana Krampla z&amp;nbsp;ateliéru Hugpro, s.r.o. Študentské práce boli pre neho zdrojom inšpirácie, ale aj overenia toho, čo dané územie urbanisticky „znesie“. Poskytujú plnú škálu ideových návrhov na riešenie predmetného územia projektovaných s&amp;nbsp;ľahkosťou študentských ideálov „nezaťažených“ procedurálnymi obmedzeniami, ktoré si vyžaduje schvaľovanie dokumentácie tohto typu. Sú pozitívnym živým vstupom do procesu obstarávania štúdie a spracovateľovi slúžia ako nezáväzný podklad pri návrhu. Jána Sandtnera, zástupcov územného rozvoja a poslancov Dúbravky. Na otvorení nechýbali občania, ktorí priamo s&amp;nbsp;odborníkmi diskutovali o&amp;nbsp;predložených návrhoch Veľkej lúky. Tieto práce boli spracované v&amp;nbsp;rámci mezinárodného workshopu Oikodomos na FA STU v&amp;nbsp;Bratislave, ako aj v&amp;nbsp;rámci urbanistických ateliérov na Ústave urbanizmu a&amp;nbsp;územného plánovania &lt;a href="http://www.blogger.com/" name="OLE_LINK8"&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.blogger.com/" name="OLE_LINK7"&gt;&lt;span style="mso-bookmark: OLE_LINK8;"&gt;a&amp;nbsp;špeciálneho ateliéru v &amp;nbsp;Kabinete počítačových a&amp;nbsp;multimediálnych disciplín na FA STU.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0pt; text-align: justify;"&gt;V&amp;nbsp;rámci výstavy&amp;nbsp;bol prezentovaný aj výsledný Návrh urbanistickej štúdie zóny Veľká lúka, Bratislava - Dúbravka. &lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Prerokovanie návrhu je vo finálnej fáze, v&amp;nbsp;súčasnosti sa vyhodnocujú vznesené pripomienky k návrhu.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0pt; text-align: justify;"&gt;Vernisáž výstavy sa uskutočnila 29. júna o&amp;nbsp;17:00, za účasti pani dekanky FA STU, doc.Ing.arch. Ľubice Vítkovej, PhD., prof.Ing.arch. Štefana Šlachtu, zástupcu Spolku architektov Slovenska, prof. Jána Tucneho z&amp;nbsp;partnerskej univerzity z&amp;nbsp;francúzskeho Grenoblu, ktorý sa pripojil diaľkovo cez videokonferenčný telemost.&amp;nbsp;Zúčastnili sa zástupcovia bratislavského magistrátu Ing.arch. Their cooperation in the project Oikodomos started with the specification of the locality of Big Camp in Dúbravka,&amp;nbsp;which was&amp;nbsp;selected for the Bratislava workshop and related learning activities. All educational partners in the project were solving the effective housing design on this site. The results (presented at &lt;a href="http://www.oikodomos.org/workspaces"&gt;http://www.oikodomos.org/workspaces&lt;/a&gt;) were very interesting, integrating multicultural and interdisciplinary views on the issue. International students works were very inspiring, attracting the concern of Dúbravka inhabitants, ellected members and profesionals as well. They must be able to translate needs and resources of the society into relevant solutions of living environment. Architects must address the emerging problems of the day both practically and theoretically.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="EN-GB" style="mso-ansi-language: EN-GB; mso-fareast-language: SK;"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="EN-GB" style="font-family: &amp;quot;News Gothic MT&amp;quot;; font-size: 10pt; mso-ansi-language: EN-GB; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt;"&gt;Suburban housing is in the process of the town development the phenomenon, which substantially affects the characteristics of the living environment. Current trends represent the two different directions of the construction of new residential areas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0pt;"&gt;&lt;span lang="EN-GB" style="font-family: &amp;quot;News Gothic MT&amp;quot;; font-size: 10pt; mso-ansi-language: EN-GB; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt;"&gt;One way focuses on extensive form of construction at the edges of cities and rural settlements without a comprehensive settlement of the services and amenities, and the second by densification of already existing residential structures which were built in the past, in contact with the existing areas. The problem of the construction of the current suburban residential zones is deficient solution in terms of application of the factors that contribute to the harmonisation of the living environment. This is the economic, social, environmental and cultural factors.
